FreeBSD: Avoid caph_stream_rights(3)
caph_stream_rights(3) doesn't exist before FreeBSD 13.0 and there's
no good reason to create that dependency. I still run servers on
FreeBSD 12.

This is a partial revert of cbc9545cb3f76733030c867f32ddb6a922cd2907.

Very happy that OpenBSD includes Luxi Mono, which is what my usual font, Go Mono, is based on anyway. Still missing is xmodmap and such. 2021-02-06Add xterm output to schemeJune McEnroe
