[EXPAND] Do not split quoted VSLENGTH and VSTRIM
Currently VSLENGTH and VSTRIM* are field-split even within quotes. This is obviously wrong. This patch fixes that. Signed-off-by: Herbert Xu <herbert@gondor.apana.org.au>
