Version 1.7

This release aligns scoop(1) color output with default catgirl(1) colors
on a 16-color terminal. Nicknames are now used for coloring where
usernames are not available.

Configuration files and flags can now be interspersed on the command
line, allowing flags to override options set by prior configuration
files.
