Version 1.3

This release no longer depends on dig(1) or drill(1) for SRV record
lookup. The username is now a required positional argument to
notemap(1), before the optional list of files.

This release introduces the git-notemap(1) wrapper, which uses
git-config(1) and gitcredentials(7) for defaults and authentication.
