Version 2.1

This release tightens up input validation in calico, avoids leaking
information (limited to the current nick!user@host) to unregistered
clients, enforces a timeout on client registration, and addresses
potential denial-of-service against pounce.

This release also fixes signal handling while connecting to the server
and implements unlinking existing UNIX sockets if they are not still
being used.
