scooper 1.2
This release now shows search results most recent first. It also
adds the -h option to hide user hostnames, to be used in public
instances of scooper. The export query parameter is now documented.
The default MANDIR has changed to ${PREFIX}/man.
The scooper IRC channel is now #ascii.town on irc.tilde.chat.
